Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Processing time is separate from the delivery timeline.
Shipping Regions
We currently ship exclusively to the U.S. mainland (contiguous 48 states).
We do not ship to:
• Hawaii
• Puerto Rico
• U.S. Territories
• APO/FPO addresses
Delivery Estimates
Our roll bars are shipped from our EU facility using trusted logistics partners.
Estimated delivery time:
2–4 weeks
Please note:
• Roll bars are heavy freight items, which may require additional handling time.
• Delivery windows may vary during peak seasons or due to customs processing.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is 100% FREE
There are no additional shipping charges for deliveries within the U.S. mainland.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
Tracking updates may take 3–5 business days to activate after the carrier receives the freight.
Customs & Import Fees
Shipments may require standard U.S. customs clearance.
Any duties or import fees, if applicable, are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Damaged, Lost, or Missing Shipments
If your item arrives damaged, is delayed, or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at support@rodmen4x4.com within 7 days.
For damage claims, include:

• Photos of the shipping label
We will work with our carriers to resolve any issues promptly.
